    No screen shares. No interrogation. We meet, you tell us what's bothering you, we tell you whether Soloex is the right fit. Low pressure on both sides.

    Why no screen share on the first call? Screen-sharing without preparation puts people on defense and yields bad information. A relaxed kickoff first, then a prepared discovery session.

    Discovery call

    Now we get specific. You walk us through your actual system - we're looking at real screens, real data, real pain points. We ask the questions that matter. You'll leave this call with a much clearer picture of what needs to change.

    Scope and plan

    We send a technical scope document: recommendations, timeline, pricing. No fluff. You know exactly what we're going to do, when, and for how much.

    Build

    Two engagement models - your call:

    Milestone-based - Fixed scope, weekly syncs, clear deliverables.
    Retainer - Hourly from a monthly bucket, flexible scope, continuous availability.

    Either way, we execute. Weekly meetings throughout.

    Go live

    Your CRM works. Your team is trained. You're in control - not us. We hand over clean documentation and make sure everyone knows how to use what we built.

    Ongoing support

    We don't aggressively close the relationship. Call when you need us. Tweak a workflow. Add a new integration. Build the next phase. We'll be here.
